Sara Smith holds two degrees in theater, is a percussionist with the Fort Worth City Band, spends her free time RV’ing with her husband, and enjoys playing the Native American flute. You may never guess that she’s also a renowned executive coach!

Sara began her coaching journey at IBM where she worked around the world to define how coaching could be used as a practice within the company. After leaving IBM she founded Smith Leadership, now taking great delight being in the “ah-ha” business of bringing innovative ideas to global businesses, universities and non-profit organizations.

Her success has catapulted her into the executive coaching world with a long list of certifications from the International Coach Federation, Teleos Leadership Coaching Program, and Coaches Training Institute.
