Change is a constant part of life—whether it’s in our personal experiences, professional landscapes, or the world around us. We can’t always control the changes that occur, but what we can control is how we respond to them. Growth, on the other hand, is a choice. It’s about deciding whether to learn from the challenges and opportunities change brings or to
remain stagnant. While we may not be able to stop change, we can embrace it and use it as a catalyst for personal and professional growth, turning life’s inevitable shifts into moments of transformation.

Join me with my guest Sheryl Adkins-Green as we discuss that change Is Inevitable, Growth Is Optional & and how change can be seen as a challenge and an opportunity. What side of that fence are on?

Time never stands still in real life. It’s not like the movies where characters can freeze-frame, and the writer takes the viewer on some unrelated story. In real life, change happens constantly. You can fight it or welcome it. It’s your choice. Change will occur regardless. So, the question remains, why not embrace change? If change is going to happen anyway, fighting it won’t do any good. It’s better to figure out an approach to deal with change that
will work for you.

Remember this, an old English proverb sums it all up, “Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.”
