This week we have Ms. Forge and Ms. Zambrano, Legacy counselors, who will be sharing with us information on how Legacy reacts when we are occasionally alerted to certain unusual behaviors displayed by our scholars.
The ladies will talk about how they help teachers know when a behavior should be cause for concern.
They will also share what processes are in place for anxiety, suicidal tendencies, cutting, and other social emotional traits, that when caught early, can help the family walk through next steps.
Our wonderful counselors will also share what resources we have available for families who may need them when their child needs addition professional support.
