With a passion for sustainability and innovation, Tamara overcame the obstacles of working in a male-dominated industry and paved the way for women at UPS. As the company’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Tamara led the charge on the use of alternative fuels for its delivery vehicles and inspired the company to become a leading provider of logistics for a circular economy.
