Helen is the founder and principal consultant of McPherson Consulting Group. She has 15 years of experience transforming organizations across a diverse range of sectors, from large federal agencies to locally-owned small businesses. She brings passion, enthusiasm, and insight to her role, partnering with leaders at all levels of the organization to redefine their approaches to strategy, culture, leadership, organizational design, and motivation.

Helen holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Texas at Austin and (most of) a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University. She is currently a Subject Matter Expert and Adjunct Professor at the University of Hartford Online Masters of Science in Organizational Psychology program. Outside of the consulting world, Helen is a 500-RYT certified yoga instructor, carrying her passion for individual change and growth onto the mat. She is married with three young, sassy, sweet girls who keep her on her toes.
